BUYING AND MERCHANDISING LIVE PROJECT WITH GEORGE

Core principles of buying and mechanizing that we learned about throughout this module were Consumer awareness, brand and competitor analysis, trend research (in line with brand and consumer), Critical Paths, Sourcing, and garment costings. In addition, based on our earlier SWOT and Trend analyses, we developed a comprehensive selection of garments tailored to the brand and consumer.

 

We presented our main findings through a professional live pitch in addition to using InDesign to show our findings and designs.
